Cancellation Policy
Must cancel or reschedule appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time. All last minute cancellations AND no-shows will result in a 50% service fee. There will be a Fee of $20 for Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment. If for any reason the Fee cannot be collected, the fee must be paid as a deposit for your next appointment before it can be booked. First time offenses will be credited all Cancellation/ No-Show fees at their following appointment. Please don’t waste my time or your money:)
